Everest: It’s Worth the Climb
You only have to climb, or take the elevator to the 40th floor o
f the Chicago Stock Exchange building and once there, the view of the cuisine, and yeah the skyline too, is amazing.
Everest, like its name implies, is truly at the top. This is a restaurant you go to when you mean business (i.e. impressing someone, celebrating and/or just love quality French food).
In addition to boasting chef and great, Jean Joho, Everest is also a part of Relais & Chateaux/Relais Gourmand, Le Grande Table du Monde, Traditions & Qualité, Academie Culinaire de France, and Maitre Cuisiniers de France. – Now those are fightin’ words – can argue with that.
