Look around the dining room and see if you recognize any celebrities. That’s because a little bit of Hollywood got transplanted to Miami when actor/director Danny DeVito opened his first restaurant here, called “DeVito”. VIPs can sit at the theater-style bar and watch the chef prepare his signature dishes, which include Trenette di Mare and a “Flight” of Kobe Steaks from 3 different continents. The two-story eatery has a 1940’s ambiance with red chandeliers, huge booths and green walls. If you want some privacy for an intimate dinner, ask about the upstairs cascina that has plasma screens, built-in fireplaces and a “cantina” wine room.
