The restaurant has a beautiful space in the back covered by a glass ceiling, which makes it look bright, vibrant and warm, regardless the weather. The wooden tables and their wood-fired oven make August look like a cozy tavern. The food – delicious! Their menu is European/Mediterranean and frequently changes based on the season. You can pick from a wide variety of grilled meats, eggs for brunch, salads, and wines. But perhaps the best part is the tasty oven made pizza. I simply love August for weekend brunches with friends.
