Zoë Feigenbaum is the chef and owner of Zoë , which she opened on New York’s Lower East Side in September 2011. After graduating from the French Culinary Institute, Zoë was a stagier at Per Se and the executive chef of The National, also on the L.E.S. Zoë’s recipes have been featured in the New York Times, and she has had the privilege of both hosting and participating in events with The James Beard Foundation.
