Le Bec Fin: A Philly Landmark in Fine Dining
Le Bec Fin has been around for 40 years and to this day it continues to garner rave reviews for owner and chef Georges Perrier’s haute cuisine: Mobil Five Star Award, AAA’s Five Diamond, and in 2009 Perrier was awarded the French National Legion of Honor, France’s equivalent to British knighthood.
The décor evokes a late 19th century Parisian salon, and this critic darling is the place to go for a seriously upscale dining experience. The Japanese Black Bass served with kabocha squash and black speatzle is a favorite, while the Giannone Chicken will leave your taste buds wanting more, but not your stomach. Don’t forget to pair the upscale meal with wine from the extensive wine list.
