Tropical, Tangy, Trendy Cuisine at Ceiba
Ceiba, pronounced SAY-bah, is synonymous with good times- or so says The Washington Post. The new, hotspot restaurant’s tropical murals and Mexican tiled floors set the mood for diners to be transported to the tropics of South America, Latin America, and the Caribbean without even taking a bite.
But once you dig into the flavorful food, your mouth is the one that is having the real party. Blending unique ingredients from Brazil, the Yucatan, the Caribbean, and finally Cuba, the dishes are as unique and colorful as the walls. Start with a perfectly seasoned ceviche and continue with the Jamaican crab fritters, queso fundido, and top it off with a traditional flan.
