car1Cinco de Mayo commemorates the Mexican victory over the French army in 1862,  and oddly enough, no one celebrates it quite like the people of San Francisco. The annual celebration is one of the city’s most spectacular, featuring various Latin American cultures with traditional music, dance, food and artistry. Every year tens of thousands of San Francisco families flock to their local Mission neighborhood centers to celebrate with family friendly, free events that support the MNC.

But this year, the party is getting started a little differently. This year the MNC will host their first ever Black Tie VIP Dinner Gala, and will honor locals in the community who have supported the MNC over the last 50 years.
