KFOG 104.5 is the bay area’s leader in “World Class Rock” and its annual KFOG KaBoom is just around the corner. Every year KFOG sponsors a concert for its loyal fan following, the nicknamed Fogheads, with music the listeners love. This year, following the event’s move to Candlestick Park, they’ve added new attractions, including an expanded section for children and a wine tasting hosted by Wente Vineyards.

This year’s show will feature headliners Melissa Etheridge and the John Butler Trio. And after the shows, as per tradition, KFOG will unleash a fury of fireworks that are synchronized to a classic rock soundtrack. Last year’s fireworks were set to the music of John Williams, ACDC, REM and others, but you’ll have to attend this year’s show to see what the crew from KFOG has in store.
