Participants can either do self-guided tours, urban adventures, or expert tours. Urban adventures are self-guided tours based on a neighborhood or special theme, such as romantic sites or award-winning architecture. Expert Tours are led by architects, historians and volunteer guides.

This year, the sites available for visit include the Civic Center Park, 16th Street Mall, Skyline Park, and the Sugar Building. There are places geared towards families too, such as the Denver Museum of Miniatures, Dolls & Toys and the Denver Society of Model Railroaders in Union Station.
