Be sure to come down to the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, the nation’s largest showcase for new Asian American and Asian films. The festival has Picture 28been a launching point for Asian American independent filmmakers, and presents about 120 works in San Francisco, Berkeley and San Jose. Created in 1982, this festival has been a vital source of new Asian cinema.
