3. Kilts & Whiskey at Queen Mary Fest Feb. 13-14

Picture 14We all get excited about men in kilts, but a haggis-eating contest is really a sight to see at the Queen Mary Scottish Festival. A tribute to the heritage of Queen Mary, this festival will be rocking with music, crafts and highland dancing. The event commences Friday night with a Men of Worth concert and gets even more interesting at the Whiskey Tasting event Saturday evening. Those that want to show off their athletic chops can partake in the Tossing the Caber or the Sheep Herding competition. Saturday night closes with Plaidpalooza and the Los Angeles Scots Pipe Band taking center stage.
