Now in its nineteenth year, the Santa Monica Festival highlights the connections between community, culture, business, environment and art. It takes place over Mother’s Day weekend and every year is a great place to bring Mom for a relaxing day filled with music, dance, visual arts, food, information and, of course, shopping!

The festival celebrates Mother Earth and focuses on preserving the environment. As a near zero-waste event, the vendors feature earth-friendly artistic wares, while local eateries bring fresh foods. There are also art workshops using recycled and re-purposed materials, as well as talks, discussions, and entertainment that focus on environmental sustainability. It’s a fun and educational experience for Mom and the family.
