1. Spring Flowers at Macy’s Flower Show April 1-11

Spring Is In The Air as the Flower Show Screen shot 2010-03-24 at 1.35.41 PMreturns to Macy’s Center City! This year’s show is staged in the Grand Court, the same site of the legendary Wanamaker’s Flower Shows from the 1930s through the early 1970s. Center City will be transformed into a wonderland of spectacular gardens, where magic reaches to new heights and floral fantasies take flight! This year’s show will feature varieties of exotic trees, flowering plants, and brilliant color as far as the eye can see. Take a guided tour or stroll through the beautiful gardens at your own pace. And, don’t miss the hot air balloon centerpiece, that’s overflowing with beautiful flowers, making it the perfect photo-op!

3. Macy’s Spring Flower in Union Square April 1-11

Spring Is In The Air as Macy’s Union Square is transformed into a colorful, vibrant dreamscape, featuring spectacular garden environments with different varieties of exotic trees, flowering plants, and brilliant color as far as the eye can see! Take a guided tour or stroll through the enchanting gardens at your own pace. And don’t miss the gateway garden, overflowing with lush spring flowers and anchored by a massive hot air balloon centerpiece!

The 62nd Annual Lighting of Macy’s Great Tree

After completing a full day of running and eating, or maybe just the latter, check out one of Atlanta’s greatest Thanksgiving traditions: lighting the largest and fullest evergreen in Georgia. Pre-show festivities begin at 6:30, but the real show starts at 7pm where a choir and special guests will perform at the 62nd Annual Lighting of Macy’s Great Tree.
