Salt Factory is an impressive and refreshing contender in the gastro pub circuit. Though once inside you forget you are in suburbia, Salt Factory definitely gives some trendy relief to the famous Canton Street in Roswell. Burly servers discuss the merits of Belgian beer and the difference between a British pint and an American pint (Brits beat us in ounces), and while the list is selective, it isn’t as, er, stout as it could be.
